4 Weeks Fitness Transformation Program Start

This week I will start with the note with my upcoming fitness Transformation

I will eat like a Fitness Model and Train like the Beast and let’s see what is gonna happen. I already know. I will look great. I will feel better. I will be a completely different person. Just like 4 years ago when I lost 20 kg. Then I got lazy and I put some kilos back. It’s is time for a change. It’s time for better tomorrow. Every day step by step. Slow process, big results.

This is the plan :

6 days a week fitness plan:

Upper body & Abs

HIIT

Lower body

HIIT

Glutes & Abs

HIIT/ Cardio

Training at home, on a budget 🙂

Diet: mostly clean, low carb diet

2~3 liters water a day

Before and After loss of 44 pounds (20kg)
