What if I will tell you that there are easy methods by which you can change your life forever? What if I will tell you that the life you always wanted is achievable? What if I will tell you that you can have all that you want, you can become whatever you want to be and that you are in charge of all the aspects of your life?

NLP or “neuro-linguistic programming” is a synthesis of knowledge of various scientific disciplines, e.g. psychology, psychotherapy, neurology, linguistic, general sematic developed in the early 1970s by linguist John Grinder and psychologist Richard Bandler. They found that by modelling and studying the beliefs and values of successful people they can easily install them and achieve the same results. NLP means modelling successful people and get the best results in the shortest possible way. Once you master the techniques of NLP you can become more successful, feel happier, develop new habits, loose weight or get better in all areas of life you wish to improve.
What areas of your life would you like to improve?
Look at your life right now. Are you happy? Are you satisfied with your life? Is there anything you want to change? Remember that where are you know does not mean that you have to stay there forever. You can change it. The first step to change is to figure out where are you now and where you want to be.
Start controlling your thoughts
Each day we have around 60,000 thoughts and many of them are negative. It is very important to be in charge of the thoughts to make the life better, otherwise negative thoughts will take control over our life. I made a very simple exercise to help me to understand what kind of thoughts are running in my head. I was amazed how negative I am!
6 AM- O my God, my husband woke me up again. What a day. It is so cold, I hate Ireland. 10 AM- I am a loser. I can not write anything interesting in my blog. 3PM- I am fat. 5AM- I am so lazy. I have not done anything today. 7PM I will never change. I will be loser forever.
If you want to create amazing life you need to make sure you have control over your thoughts. Change negative thinking into positive ones! You life will improve diametrically!
6 AM- Oh my Husband is back from work. It is so nice to see him. Let’s have a breakfast together. It is quite cold today so I will wear my new pair of jeans. 10AM- I do not have inspiration to write. I take a short break, go for a walk with my lovely dog and I will find a good subject to write about. 3PM- I put on weight 3 kg but I can still fit in my clothes. Maybe I go dancing today. I love doing it and it will help me to feel and look better! 5 PM- I am lazy today but I have to motivate myself to sit down and write. This is what I love. 7PM I am smart, I have a great job, I have website. I AM AMAZING.
Live the dream life now
Set goals that will make people “wow”. Dream a big dream. Don’t wait. Think about your goals. Think about your dreams. Write down what is that you want and go for it. Make a plan. What do you want to achieve in a week time, in a moth, in a year, in 5 years? Be bold! The only limit is the one you make in your head. Remember, your life in your hands.
When you are writing your goals, make sure their are yours. Sometimes we follow people’s ideas, we set goals that they re not really ours. Pay attention. Focus on what YOU want, not your parents or friends want for you.

Believe you can
Everything starts in you. You need to change your belief system in order to get where you want to be. It is the same with thoughts. You will not get anywhere far if you will self doubt. Your own beliefs can not limit you to live your dream. Think about something good.
Focus on what you can do, learn from people who are already successful in your field and take small steps. Your will get great results.
You have all you need
Do not make excuses. Forget about “I have no time”, forget about: “I am not good enough”, ” I have no energy”. The truth is, you have got everything. Start small. Learn. Do the research. Maximise energy level. Do the things important to you.
Do not be afraid to take a risk. With your new belief system and 100% commitment you will get wherever you want to be.
